Depending on the type of mail you plan to send, we provide four facets of support for your mailers: mail-ready preparation, addressing & sorting, direct mail coordination, and campaign support. Unless you have been working with mail campaigns for a while, regulations from the USPS can be confusing. In order to make your piece mail ready, we run the software that organizes your mail list into categories, giving you the best postage rate for your pieces. We can also get a mail list for you through our in-house client manager or a mail list provider.

After running a list through mailing software, we make sure that addresses, barcodes, indicias, and more are in the correct spot with the correct spacing. By working with our parent company – PSS Mailing Solutions – we provide the best sortation and traying of the mail pieces. Finally, our in-house driver takes your mailers to the BMEU in Milan, Illinois. Since we are located right here in the Quad Cities, it’s a quick, easy drive!

Along the way, we provide insight into best practices when it comes to physical mail and can also provide informed delivery information for the sender via the USPS.
