When it comes to wedding invitations for instance, they have the templates, but you are the one putting all the wording into small boxes. You are picking out the fonts, the layout, the paper, colors, etc. You may have fantastic design ideas, but you also may not know the best way to place items on a template, or know colors that go well together, and you may even spell something incorrectly. We know design concepts as well as the best number of pieces to fit on a sheet of paper, depending on size, and what sizes are even available. Though we may think that everyone at a large online company processes pieces the exact same way, that is nearly impossible. By working with a smaller, local company, when you stop in or email a design or print order, you are working with the same few people over and over again. You develop a system that works for you. We begin to know you, your company, your brand, and you begin to know us. We work together to create consistent pieces.

Most of our designs and prints touch at least three people’s hands before they are delivered, shipped, or picked up. That is three sets of eyes that can see an issue before it gets back to our client. If the mistake is our fault, we are going to get it right.
