Mail-Ready Prep
Mail-ready prep is all about making sure your printed pieces are organized, addressed, and ready to enter the mail stream with minimal delays. For mailers that are large enough to be barcoded, this includes traying out the pieces to their individual trays that make the most sense with the mail list as it was provided. We work with customers to prepare postcards, letters, flyers, and other mail pieces so they’re formatted correctly and packaged in a way that supports efficient mailing and distribution.
Mail-Ready Options
Mail-ready prep can include setup steps like addressing, sorting, and preparing pieces to meet common mailing requirements. We can mail out smaller amounts on a meter machine, yet we work most often on mailers that are barcoded and sent to the USPS in specific trays. This is where the deepest postage discounts are applied.
